Standard Delivery

To support our home delivery, we have teamed up with a leading and experienced independent carpet transportation company.

In an effort to minimise its costs, our Standard Delivery Service carries a number of restrictions that may, or may not, make the service suitable to your own circumstances.

- Deliveries can be made to mainland destinations in ENGLAND and WALES only.

- Vehicles are manned by a single driver only and, therefore, we ask that the driver is provided with help to unload the carpet lengths from the vehicle into the home.

- Carpets can only be delivered to ground floor locations, usually the hallway or garage.

- To protect the carpet lengths, they are fitted with an internal cardboard tube. This prevents the carpet length from being bent and, as such, it is unlikely that the carpet can be manoeuvred around tight corners etc.

For all orders with a total value over - £1,000.00, our Standard delivery service is FREE OF CHARGE. Otherwise, the cost of this service is - £30.00 for each carpet length (or ‘cut’) ordered.

Bespoke Delivery

We accept that our Standard Delivery Service will not be suitable to all our customers and so, with this in mind, we have compiled a number of alternative Bespoke Delivery Services.

These include: -

- Deliveries to UK destinations outside those covered by our Standard Delivery Service.
- Deliveries manned by more than a single driver.
- Deliveries by our own vehicles within reasonable distance from our own factory mill shops or collections from the same.

The associated costs for these services will be calculated upon application.
